Blog Stage 5

The U.S government has drifted into being far too conservative in my opinion. Since the beginning of the country , the U.S government was defined by its way of breaking traditions. From war tactics during the independence to the structure of the government. The U.S became a global power because of  our different ways of approaching political issues. The dust bowl,  The Great Depression , and both of the World Wars were handled with the abnormal behavior of the public. Once the public realized the issue had gone too far, we united and demanded the issue to be solved. Its that kind of abnormal behavior that gets things solved in this country. The Government is trying to solve the issues of today in a conservative way. I believe that’s why it seems like issues are just becoming worse and worse. All the proposals that the government is contemplating to act on seem useless to me. The Attack on Iran, the approach towards global warming, and health care. The government should really contemplate these issues for a longer amount of time and then proceed with huge and abrupt conclusion. Once the government chooses a way to solve the issue they should also stick to it. While keeping to the issue they should also keep the public informed through out the entire process. I feel the same way towards every issue revolving the government today. In my opinion, Keeping it conservative just wont cut it.  No offense to other thoughts.
